Our engineering department offers our customers the software and the most advanced techniques for conducting market studies and prepare technical documents on our two main sectors:

Special transport:

Before performing a special transport, our team studies and assesses the possible routes and its limitations, assessing the capacity of the road to withstand the passage of special vehicles. We carry out Feasibility Studies for Special Transport complying with current technical specifications, which are necessary to obtain certain circulation permits.

The different types of transportation studies we do are:

Route Survey: Preliminary study for the execution of a special transport. It determines and studies the most suitable route for transportation, analyzing its feasibility and the concerned services.

Geometrical Feasibility Study: technical document that studies in detail the transport capacity to inscribe it in the track layout as part of the chosen route, including singular points, such as roundabouts, branches or tight bends. It is done with a software for geometric trajectories simulation and scale plans are made with the results.

Feasibility Study on Crossing Above Structures: technical document where the structures to go on the itinerary chosen are studied in detail, calculating the structural response of these to the passage of the cargo and the grip of the vehicle on the road surface.

Crane Services:

In every loading and unloading work with cranes there is no room for improvisation. Safety comes first and therefore we calculate and plan in detail each of the operations we perform, developing comprehensive plans for hoisting and technical documents where we position the crane to scale along with all the conditions of each maneuver, determining the best solution to successfully perform the required work.

Calculation of maneuvers: considering the safety and compliance criteria defined by the manufacturer, we determine the capacity of the cranes to carry out the work requested. No matter how simple it may seem, all hoisting maneuver must be calculated and studied carefully.

Hoisting plans: technical document with plans at the appropriate scale, where it is studied and detailed each of the movements of the crane during the execution of the work, positioning it to scale and according to security criteria.
